No , on the contrary being a part of an association and specially AIESEC helped me lot to change itno some one who thinks globally , AIESEC helped to change my perspective toward a lot of things and towards the world around me , besides nowadays having a degree is not enough for the new graduates to gain a job actually by joining AIESEC , i have learnt how to deal with real situations an i moved from the theoretical part to the practical one o my studies .In AIESEC i have learnt how to deal with team and how to manage my time and to figure out solutions when i face some troubles , besides as a business English student i practiced my English and became able to do full presentations in English , i remember my first presentation was last year in November , it was during my first conference as a new member who joined the local committee of Nabel , i did a presentation about tourism in front of more than 500 delegates , imagine that ... i was so frightened and stressed but at the end i did it well as my first presentation .Later on i figured out that without a social activity in the student life like AIESEC or JCI or even a small association the student would not be able to develop the hidden potential he has .
AIESEC is a global youth organisation that develops leadership capabilities through their internal leadership programmes and engaging students and graduates in international student exchange and internship programmes for profit and non-profit organisations.
i just want to share the small experience i had and i am still living in AIESEC as a member and a responsible now ? :)
